Join us for Part #1 of a four-part webinar series. These four webinars make up a course designed for experienced Java Developers who wish to take their first steps in understanding In-Memory Data Grids and their application. By the end of the course the attendee will be able to construct Hazelcast® Clusters and deliver basic caching/compute services.

The heart of Hazelcast is the way in which it can provide highly scalable, fault-tolerant data structures. In this webinar we will take a look at how Hazelcast provides these features and how to best utilize the various Map and Collection APIs. We get to grips with Serialization options and also the various topologies available to access the data such as the Java Client.

We’ll cover these topics:

  • Creating highly scalable, fault-tolerant data structures with Hazelcast
  • Map and Collection API best practices
  • Serialization options
  • Live Q&A
